TuneYourSound.com was set up by two guitar enthusiasts some 3 years ago, both in the US and in Europe, with the aim to help the musician find His sound either trough renting a guitar from our collection, or buy a vintage guitar through eBay or have a custom guitar/amp made by one of our highly skilled luthier friends.
For the later mission we have the pleasure to work over the last years with the following:
TYS is moving to the next level of sound experience. For some years we have promoted several highly skilled builders. We are now happy to announce that the family will be enlarged in the coming weeks and months. The first to step up is Michael Tuttle.

North Carolina is a rich place to find excellent guitar and amp builders. At tuneyoursound.com we have already some of those builders on board. But there are more to be discovered. We visited some of them recently in their shops in Greensboro, NC: Keith Roscoe (http://www.roscoeguitars.com), Ken Hoover and John Mark Hampton (http://moriahguitarworks.com). Furthermore we dropped by Ryan Gadow's shop to see on what he is working for the moment.
Terry went back in time to produce this custom order. This is inspired by the original Barn Guitar built for Brad Whitford of Aerosmith. It has been finally completed and delivered. It's a beautiful creation showing all the skills of Terry. And of course the sound is great!

Terry is working on a special custom order: The TYS Barn Guitar. This is inspired by the original Barn Guitar built for Brad Whitford of Aerosmith.
The Story behind as told by Terry:
The Barn guitar was made (partially) of wood that I "harvested" from the old Barn Nightclub in Georges Mills, New Hampshire. Very convenient that my Mom and Dad live only 15 minutes from there!
