About the Guitar:
This Fender Custom Shop all original ’60 Relic with an Olympic White body with a worn gold anodized aluminum pickguard, Texas Special pickups, vintage synchronized tremelo and a rosewood fingerboard with clay dot inlays on a birdseye maple neck, was custom made for Rick Derringer.
Among others Rick Derringer used this Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster to record with the Mambo Sons their first CD: MAMBO SONS in 1999.
On that CD two songs feature Rick on guitar: It Was You and Monkeyfinger.
